Hi, I’m Moujan Hekmat! As a NASM certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor and nutritionist with over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. I’m passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. With a master’s degree in nutrition and a certification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), I understand the importance of fueling your body right. Growing up, I struggled with my own weight and self-esteem, which is why I’m dedicated to empowering women of all ages to better understand their bodies and become stronger. Shaina Fields

Hi Ladies, my name is Shaina Fields. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. In addition, I hold specific certifications in indoor cycling (Schwinn) and the TRX system—bringing you a diverse range of fitness expertise.

My outlet into fitness was indoor cycling, I’ve been a spin instructor for about 6 years. These days, my main focus is on sharing knowledge about proper form and empowering lifestyle changes.

To me, training transcends the boundaries of the gym. It’s the invaluable hours spent outside the fitness center that truly shape our journeys, and that’s where I come in. Coaching has proven to be an incredibly rewarding way for me to contribute to my community, and I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for health and fitness. My ultimate goal is to inspire and motivate you to achieve your goals and unlock your true potential.
